I think they got so spoiled tracking everyone on their phones that it is now driving them nuts that there is a small window of time when people are still away from their phones that they cannot be totally tracked. It’s like that little bit of time that humans spend outside of their direct surveillance is all they care about now. Like it is actually making them go crazy not to know.
