If you're given the cipher and the tools to remain hidden and the GD NSA is watching your back ....he'd be dead if he wasn't protected. He'd be found if he wasn't protected or he's an AI robot meant to lure us into a false sense of security b4 the cabal comes to our door for a free helicopter ride .... it could go either way at this point.
