What are they doing? Smiling and enjoying their freedom from having to answer for their misdeeds. Ring me up when a Court indicts them or they get hauled in front of a tribunal. Until then what reason would I have to suspect people looking like that are in some mortal fear of something?
And no, it's not dooming to suggest they aren't in existential terror.

They actually look like they're having a jolly good time, just before drinking some wine or eating some lobster and shit. Dude on the left seems content, dude on the right has a big smile. OP thinks "they're getting nervous" because... that's a very logical thing to surmise from those two pictures for some reason XD
