Just thinking out loud here.

If Putin is a white-hat (for the purposes of fighting the Cabal) he isn't going to use Nukes.

If Biden doesn't have the football, USA can't use Nukes.

If USA doesn't give permission, UK can't use Nukes.

If anyone actually does try and use Nukes, ET's have shown they can disarm them in their bunkers.

So, in my estimation, if anyone starts talking Nukes it's a bluff/scare event.
