Not a single thing I wrote is untrue. I did not say that there are any planes without trackers.

I've watched the tracking and watched planes in my area simultaneously. The tracking is not precise and is delayed some. In other words, a helicopter passes my house when the tracking site shows it still approaching. It's not good enough for tracking for the purposes of shooting down planes. The enemy can see the planes anyway.

Do we have to explain every little thing?
