By the rogue CIA / intelligence agencies; a good possibility.

By the US military; I doubt it.

I think the cabal has already come to realize this Biden isn't "their" puppet, and he isn't going to hand them "their" war. They will try to use the deep state puppets they still control that I think are outside the US. Putin is likely killing a bunch of those puppets with his attacks in Ukraine.
