Shaky Buddha Floridian surely limits the location somewhat. Those reflections look an awful lot like the greys, but if not the greys I can make out a Flynn and a Trump if I squint.

Patel is in Orlando for CPAC, so it's almost definitely in Orlando. Yesterday he was with Trump at Mar-a-Lago, but the decor doesn't appear to be from there.

Decor looks like a movie theater to me, but I guess a convention hall could fit as well. The ropes, table and the carpet all give those vibes.
