Putin is not under control of the Globalists and has been fighting them for a long, long time. Putin is part of the white hats.
Putin is not a White Hat in the conventional sense, but he is also not a Globalist. He is always looking out for whats best for Russia, as he should and as every country's leaders should be doing. The well being of people always correlates with fighting the Globalists, and thats why he is doing what he is doing. Once we clean up the Cabal and free the world, he will be a worthy adversary in the world leader stage and he will be respected for it, but we will also have to know how to handle him in that fair battlefield because as a leader in the free world he will be one of the very few with highest experience and IQ while the rest are learning the rules of the real game of geo-politics.
I think this is a BIG case of "the enemy of my enemy, is my friend" Putin isn't a white hat per se, but he hates globalist and all the same fucked up plans that Q team does.
I think if Russia hacked the 2016 election (all countries mess around in it) they hacked and stopped Hilarys steal attempt or lessened her capabilities.
