Early hovercraft. Air? Jet ? Propellers? Highly edited footage of 'high tech' filmed by potatocam in black and white. EM-related propulsion is utilized today, but not here.

As for the separate topic of so-called 'magnetic energy' in the aether, consult Theoria Apophasis' vids on the subject on Youtube, or better yet, download and read his pdfs.
