I suspect not long. Much of our resilience is rooted in our immune system. If they do indeed have VAIDS then cancers that take years to kill could metastasize much faster. If the MIT paper is correct and current cancer rates are accurate, it's likely millions of vaccinated already have cancer that just hasn't been discovered yet. With no typical immune defense, by the time they have symptoms, it could already be deadly. A comment by a user here comes to mind. Mother diagnosed with cancer. Dead a week or so later. Tumors on every organ in her abdomen. So bad doctors couldn't tell where it originated. Leading me to believe it was more or less unmitigated metastasis.
