Got this from wiki and it's a valid description: What is the process of reverse transcription?
"A reverse transcriptase (RT) is an enzyme used to generate complementary DNA (cDNA) from an RNA template, a process termed reverse transcription. ... In retroviruses and retrotransposons, this cDNA can then integrate into the host genome, from which new RNA copies can be made via host-cell transcription."
Basically: it's invasive in the sense that it can change your DNA by using RNA, and becoming one with your body. Oh yeah, and it replicates.

I believe it means the body will permanently produce the spike protein. Which means it will eventually kill everyone that took the vaccine.
