Agreed. There was a reason to allow immigrants to hold positions, because back in the day most everyone was!

Today immigrants are often refugees who have not been naturalized to our culture, or aren't "Americanized", so like others have commented, they bring their culture and baggage, discriminations and bigotry, and will impliment policy as such.
