If there is no peaceful, lawful way to resolve structural issues like systemic election fraud then the reason for the government to exist, and consent of the governed would have been revoked, and the 2nd invoked.

The Q plan (and ignorance of the extent of fraud of normies) is what's preventing the 2nd from being invoked.

If we find out it's all a fake then I don't see another way. But on the other hand, if it comes to that I think we are SOL anyway - we would be the minority trying to fight to our last breath with brainwashed folks saying "good riddance we removed those terrorists and insurrectionists" - similar to China in 1989 June 4 - millions of people protested hoping for real reform but instead were responded with military - ruthlessly cracking down with tanks and live ammunition. The rest of the people just knelt down and surrendered. The ones that remained on died in gulag.

And some people that surrendered (to survive) but were not okay with it all, left to other countries when they could.
