Wouldn't it be advantageous for him to use them as evidence that he's the good guy? What is he waiting for exactly? To just spring the evidence on everyone?

Because it’s being saved for the upcoming trials of hundreds of deep staters, including dozens of members of the Biden Crime Family, arrested during this liberation. Letting them know Russia knows about the bio labs in advance is bad legal strategy.
