ARCHIVE???? How do you archive?

I’ve seen a couple archive sites but don’t understand how to do this.

I saw a post on Instagram:

The US Embassy in #Ukraine has just deleted from its website all documents about 11 Pentagon-funded biolaboratories in Ukraine. (She said she archived it)

The link below is still up. We should be archiving everything!

❓ Isn’t the Archive site a US gov owned site? Are there other sites that are safer?

I’m not following you? I’m not trying to hide. Maybe you think I meant “safe” as my or the poster’s safety. Sometimes I get my words wrong. I meant is it secure because it’s a government site? Deep state is the ones trying to hide their dirty deeds. So archiving on a government site seems like they could access the site and delete anything they don’t like.
