How is anything moving in and out of Ukraine? I thought it was a no-fly zone with the exception of the Russian Air Force. Are roads and border checkpoints still operating from EU countries into Ukraine?

Of course they are. Why wouldn't they be? You can't just summon a force field like it's Star Wars or something lol.
Besides the ukrainian gov asked Elon to do this.
