the projectile hit the street... not the building... if they really wanted to destroy the building... it would have been rubble.... this was a warning shot..... definitely not a direct hit.

that clip appeared a day or two ago; what I recall reading about it at the time was the Russians hit a Ukrainian Army ammunition storage area.
