Anybody have acurate reported death tolls in ukraine?

My husband said last night that the russian army has lost 4,600 men to ukrainian soldiers, and that ukraine has lost only 360 people civillians and soldiers combined. That seems so odd to me.

last i heard, about 500 Russians killed and 1200 Ukrainians, including about 100 civilians
