For those that don't know me, I'm a former Naval Aviation Ordnancman who also served in Navy EOD. Bombs, missiles, aircraft guns, IEDs, and such are my wheelhouse.
I don't know what y'all are referring to, but there's a hole in the roof. Watch the second video, it clearly shows an entry point and all the debris is contained inside the detonation area. What's on the ground outside those bldgs is glass and façade plaster. Looks to me like a relatively small bomb dropped right in top of the bldg. And whatever explosive was used was not a high explosive incendiary, not was it thermitic. This is a textbook showing of what normal explosives do. Little to no fire damage means it was most likely some form of a TNT type explosive. This would cause an explosion inside the bldg that would blow out the windows, blow the façade off the front, create rubble inside the bldg, but would not burn it out like thermite or a HEI compound and it relegate most of the damage to the inner portion of the structure, but without demolishing the whole bldg like a bunker buster would. Bunker busters use either a thermitic type explosive or HEI compounds for maximum damage. The concussive blast wave would've been strong and loud enough to blow out the windows in the surrounding bldgs, too. Which is what we see here.
Unlike in the movies, bldgs that sustain bomb damage in the 500-1,500 lb range will not completely destroy the bldg. And judging by the size of the hole in the roof and the relatively low amount of debris in the road, it most likely was either a 250 lb or 500 lb munition.
The fact that it went into a certain area of the bldg and most of the damage outside the bldg is immediately surrounding where the bomb entered the roof, tells me it was a gps guided or laser guided munition that was dropped on it. Probably targeting a specific office, similar to what happened to the Pentagon on 9/11.
The fact that there is little to no carbon scoring leftover from the blast inside the bldg, especially around the entry point, also tells me this was most likely a relatively lightweight bomb
(250-500 lb), meant to just destroy certain offices.
Now, was it Russia or Ukraine, who knows? I'm inclined to believe it was Ukraine. There's no logical reason why Putin would order a strike on that bldg if he's not interested in completely destroying Ukraine, BUT, Zelenskiy has every reason to. Especially since we know he and the Cabal are trying to hide evidence. It's a classic move we've seen over and over. Doubly especially when [their] narrative is already crumbling re: Ukraine's "democracy." Narratives are already being prepped and put forth for yet another narrative shift. It's impossible it miss this.
Anyway, just my 2 1/2 cents on this. It's hard to tell what's what because we know we're being lied to on just about every aspect of this engagement, but I don't think this is Putin's handiwork. If it isn't, hopefully he's going to deny it backed with proof.

Time stamp shows 1/03/2022, and it seems as if there wasn't a roof impact, or is it simply the shadow of the munitions just before roof impact?
