And I think I just figured out why it isn't on Android... there are very few iOS emulators and the only ones I know of are cloud based an a pain in the ass to deal with. Could be something to it...
It shouldn't, there's no reason it can't be run in a browser. Except they don't want it to. I don't think this Apple exclusive was an accident. As the most controlled option, it feels like it was chosen with intent. Anyone can spin up an emulator instance or two. Or even 6-8 if you've got a powerful PC. Much easier to bot that way.
THey fully intend to release it for android, likely the "apple exclusive" was simply to get the app pushed out to one user base as soon as possible, not to restrict access to emulators, of which only a very very tiny minority of people would know how to do. I doubt that thought even crossed the developers minds.
It's not the average Joe they'd have to worry about. It's those with technical prowess and malicious intent. Apple's stuff is much harder to mess with by design.
