Mail in ballots have plummeted to almost nothing in Texas thanks to strict changes in voting laws. They only got less than 40,000 in Harris County. That is nothing for Texas's biggest county. 30% of those 40,000 are facing rejection because of the new laws.

You can also only vote by mail-in if you meet one of these 3 requirements:

They include those 65 and older, people who will be out of the county and voters who are disabled or ill.

Also dems have a huge deficit in poll staff.
