Again, the way the plugins work is they use cached dislike numbers from before the update, and can track new dislikes from users of the plugin. These plugins have no way, without getting a key from the content owner or hacking one, to get the real dislike count from YouTube any longer.
It will show you dislikes of videos that were cached before the numbers were pulled. For new videos, it cannot get the actual dislike count unless it has the API key from the content owner.
It doesn't show you the actual dislike count. That's why it's not moving for you. It shows dislikes from people using the plugin.
As of December, dislikes are part of the private video statistics. You have to be the content owner to see them.
No, that's definitely not the case. Because on other videos the dislike counts are so high that it supersedes the number of people using the plug-in.
