It is possible. There must be a reason for this video to come out recently. I am sure its all part of the disclosure sequence, and as things need to come out drip drip, some parts need to be suppressed until the end, like the moment the planes hit. So maybe the White Hats doctored it and released it to give just the right amount of skepticism.

Many people seeing this video will be convinced that it was an explosion, even without seeing the impact. But if the impact was shown, it would have convinced much larger portion of people. Like I said, it has to be drip drip.
