They're trying to humiliate and embarrass me with this horse shit. The manager keeps telling me to keep it on, I'm getting really angry with this bullshit. I'm in California BTW.

During the OSHA thing when Biden was coercing private companies to fire unvaccinated, I called a lawyer and asked what his thoughts were if I was fired for not giving them a copy of a vaccine card. He said: "You live in a heavily pro-vaccine area (he's right) the chances of you winning in court is very slim". He basically didn't want to take the case if I was fired, because he's right, this place is run with leftists. Luckily the supreme court shot down OSHA mandate and I remain at work.. but now they're on my balls about keeping my mask on. For awhile here no one said shit to me when I had the mask down under my nose or completely off.. but now the policy is "only vaccinated can go maskless indoors"... now I feel like a fucking Praia on Zoom calls as I'm one of the only few people wearing a mask.. my manager is on my dick constantly about keeping it on, hopefully they ease up and forget about it. I'm not too bummed about it, I wear these large fucking disposable surgeon masks, i get plenty of airflow from the sides... which is my only concern.
The mask is dehumanizing. Slaves world-wide have always been forced to mask we they got uppity (so masks are racist AF). Using a conditional acceptance and notices of estoppal and liability do not lead to a jury trial. If they actual lead to court, which they usually don't (most aggressors fold), they at worse lead to an ex parte hearing with just you and the judge, and a recorder if you insist (and you should).
You stand on your paperwork, which has no wiggle room, because it is constitutionally based. The aggressor can't accept it without giving the game away, so you win by their default.
After serving my managers I told them that whereas they may have pledged to uphold Siemens policy, I swore an oath at 17 to defend my country and its Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic, therefore I would not comply with any policies that are contrary to either. They have since let me do whatever I want.
I'm still a pariah, but they are afraid of me. That's because they have the loss of huge sums floating in front of their eyes. And it is personal liability. Any money is going to come from them -- any court costs are going to come from them. My court costs consist of only filing papers, and strictly speaking, that should be free, but I'm not up to fighting that at this point.
