Weird Predictive Programming? Usmanov’s Yacht

Russian Oligarch Alisher Usmanov’s yacht was seized today.

Which, normally, wouldn’t stand out to me. But the NY Post also ran a story on how much it costs to fuel that yacht on 02/22/22. Which feels, idk, particularly comm-y if you ask me.

Are boat comms a thing? Why would they foreshadow this seizure?
