FWIW, My wife and I were trying to have a baby for a few years. Then I got a better paying job, and I could afford to take her to a Chinese acupuncture doctor. She then was successfully pregnant. The doctor had a wall of photos of babies born from couples who had given up on conventional Western fertility treatments before coming to him.
