Yes, God is sovereign over the universe, but He will not intervein in Satan's reign until a future date. Keeping this in perspective helps those good people make sense of the evil world we live in and how certain people are capable of such horrific evils.

Why is Satan being allowed to reign for any period of time? I never understood the reason. Is God busy elsewhere? Explain it if you don't mind.
