This is pretty much how that works. The law of attraction is basically another branch of prayer. The law of attraction works wether you consciously try to effect it or not. Prayer is purposefully directly connecting your thoughts with God. When you are not doing that your thoughts radiate out with your brainwaves in whichever direction your consciousness decides. God and spirits can hear them. Be careful what you manifest.
