Currently, they are claiming the Russians are stalled outside Kiev and yet there are no sounds of battle or jets and helicopters in the air.

I don't recall any video of Ukrainian mechanized forces or organized military infrastructure.

This is Wag the Dog on steroids.

The shooting was over and people were being checked on by medics. The medic confirmed that the person he was looking at was "not dead" and "had no wound".
