Seems like if russia really was unhinged warmongering then why wouldnt china use this world distraction to take some land of his own?

I think an answer to my question would be bad optics. But personally i dont think CCP gives a shit what their popularity is. Maybe they see the oppertunity but dont have a cheesy enough excuse?
