That is a possibility, however you can't discount that this may also be that you are picking up bluetooth signals from everyone's cell phones who are working or shopping there. Here's why I think so:

~Before the vaccines rolled out, I turned my cell phone's bluetooth on in a Costco to try and sync it with my airpods to listen to some news while I shopped. The bluetooth scan picked up all kinds of unknown devices, including labeled hearing aids! (I was coincidentally standing near the hearing aid center.) I remember wondering why all these people had their bluetooth turned on when they weren't using it. Probably the same ones who leave their mobile data and wifi always turned on for no reason.

~After hearing & reading about the 'vaccinated are transmitting' rumor several months ago, I was driving on a busy street and was at a stop light with cars around me, I turned my bluetooth on to see what it would pick up. It found so many other devices that I could scroll down a couple of times. It seemed like more than the amount of cars.

~I live in a two-story house and often am up very late. When I go to the 2nd floor quite late (like 3:00am) it will pick up about 7 devices. Downstairs it picks up about 4. I figure it's picking up the neighbors and my family's cell phones that were left on for nighttime listening.

~ Update: Just now I went and checked. I am alone at home with no bluetooth turned on. It picks up nothing. Went upstairs and tried again. It picked up nothing. Maybe my neighbors are not at home, either.

However, if it is ALSO PICKING UP BODIES THAT HAVE BEEN VACCINATED, that is A VERY BIG CONCERN.
