I also ran straight to a pharmacy and got a positive blood test for antibodies so I can prove I have natural immunity now.
Thank you for your detail. Mutoto (above) said ivermectin should be taken with food. Did you find that ivermectin worked better with meals or is it about preventing a stomach upset?
What I did is I took it with food, but I was not very hungry. One night (don’t laugh) I could only eat an apple for dinner. So yes with food. I put some on a spoon with jelly and swallowed it. I also used cheese dip. It tastes not so great so eat it that way.
For the grapefruit I just took a whole grapefruit and lightly peeled the orange layer so I was left with a thick white layer of peel. I slice that up and with a cup of water blended it to a smoothie like consistency and ate a fourth of it every day.
The grapefruit I can eat as a prophylaxis and I need a tablespoon a day with a multiple vitamin. If I feel a sore throat I bump up the amount and add zinc.
