Does anyone have any context beyond the video title of a telegram link lol? Cause as much as I wish these were dead redditors it looks like a couple of slav corpses on the floor to me. Am I missing something cause I see all the comments clowning the corpse for taking a selfie but that must be another video...
No, they are NOT dead redditors. They are citizen militia that went to fight for Ukraine and died. They are using the term "redditors" in a derogatory way to the citizen militia because they are as dumb as the redditors who are planning to go to Ukraine. When redditors actually get off their couch (after chugging down the 10th hotpocket their mum heated up) and manage to find their way to Ukraine, they would most probably face the same fate.
I know what the Volksturm was. They were elderly and young Germans scrapped from the bottom of the barrel to be conscripted into defending the Third Reich in its dying days. Therefore your analogy with Redditors flocking into Ukraine from overseas to fight is absolutely incorrect and your translation of the video title is still utter bullshit and bears no relation whatsoever to the original Russian.
