Russia would (rightfully) never allow the US military to launch a massive operation right across the border, any more than we would want Russia to do so the same in Mexico or Canada - even if the motive was "clean out the corrupt Deep State" we still could not allow that. No one else was going to do it - NATO would not and the EU could not. It was down to either the US or Russia, and again - it couldn't be the US.

Ukraine being a money laundering and trafficking hub for the Cabal and containing a lot of bioweapon labs, there are elements of each of these things listed by Q that must occur prior to mass arrests - so Ukraine absolutely needed to be cleared of these criminals:

1. ensuring the safety & well-being of the population

2. shifting the narrative, removing those in DC through resignation to ensure success

3. defeating ISIS/MS13 to prevent fail-safes

4. freezing assets to remove network-to-network abilities

5. kill off COC to prevent top-down comms/org
