"Use with caution?" It's not like your laptop will blow up if the satellite is shot down. It's comms. He's saying that Starlink is "being targeted" by black hats to let white hat users in the field know is my guess that their comms are not secure.

Not necessarily, Musk had to deliver some hardware to Ukraine for them to use starlink right? That ground level hardware will probably be targeted.

Also hes probably saying be careful what you say over the system as someone else could be listening.
