It is true that Palestinians are closely related to Sephardic Jews. They also share the same cranial shape (brachycephalic) and size. Ancient Israelite archaeological digs have produced consistent skulls that are very different than modern day Palestinians. These skulls were long headed (dolichocephalic) as opposed to round headed as modern Palestinan and Jews are.
