Remember the tanks that had the marking painted on them as Z ( zed in English or zee in American English).
There is no Q or ( cue) sound in Russian Cyrillic , no way to use it.
The Russian keyboard is not QWERTY it is JCUKEN.
Take a look at the letter placement and see which letter takes up the place of a Q.

Russian has no letter written as a backward Z.
It also has no letter J or C. (What looks like C in Cyrillic is pronounced S.)
There is a backward N that is the letter i.
I don't know what the letter Z is supposed to represent on those tanks but it definitely isn't Q or Z.
