The story mentions that some residents reported smelling gasoline. My guess is that they actually said they smelled gas. This looks like a natural gas explosion to me. My first question would be, who lived there?
so, the address of this complex is 2423 Lyttonsville Road, Silver Spring MD. A search of that address shows there are 15 units in that 3 story complex. If 100 people are "displaced", that means that a minimun of 6.666 people average live in each unit. 10 injuries/15 apartments = .66666 That's kind of interesting.
That's one heck of a "coincidence." What are the odds?
None of the names of the residents really jumped out at me, but ... it was Spokeo.
