That 1.8 billion seemed to be watered down via Biden. He famously said " If you don't fire that prosecutor ( who was investigating Hunter) you won't get the 1 Billion in aid" That was paraphrased from the Council of Foreign Relations panel where Biden was bragging. He also said " Son of a Bitch, he was fired!" before Biden got on the plane to come home. My question is...was Biden/Obama skimming the .8Billion off the top? Where did the .8 Billion go?
