If he did do it, I’m pretty sure it still leaves him eligible for a 2024 term as well because he’d be in office for less than 2 years before the term ends. He could get back to the Oval Office, Congress could legislate to remove their ability to bring shenanigans into the 2024 election, and boom. 10 years of GEOTUS
