We already know Tech Executive-1 is Rodney Joffe, and it's been reported widely since September 2021.

Interesting. I haven’t dug enough into the entire docket. Only thing that makes me question is that they haven’t been named and the original reporting of who tech exec 1 is was reported by CNN. I’ll take your word until I have time to dig further!
