Love mine. I buy (1kg) = 2lbs frozen vegetables x 4 each week but every 24 hours you could do this if you have none stored up. Peas & Corn. Peas. Beans. Carrots Mixed vegetables. Each tray will take around a pound. Spread right to edges. Takes around 6 hours up to 9 hours. I start around 10am. Then switch it off after vegetables are snap dry. Leave vegetables until next morning to dry completely. Have clean Ball Mason jars ready to go with lids and bands. I leave on counter and turn them often making sure vegetables don’t stick to jars - sign they are not dehydrated enough. You can put them back in. Peas will do this but most vegetables won’t stick after this time. Frees up freezer and amazing what they dehydrate down to. Soups are ok to throw dried by vegetables in but many dishes will require soaking to rehydrate. Use water that vegetables rehydrated in too
