It’s a restaurant. Pic above (if it works) is the Kelvin Arms in Houston. Vault is part of the bar.
Pics look pretty similar at first glance but dont match, look at the lower section of the 'vault door' in each picture.
I didn’t intend to imply the kelvin arms was the location. Just that old banks are converted to restaurants and bars.
