I find it so ironic that it actually used to be widely left wing held belief that Big Pharma was bad. Wasn't it a left wing thing to call out the dangers of vaccines at one time?

Yes - just like the left use to be against the big banks.

Now someone the left has been turned into the foot soldiers for big Pharma and big banks. I have no idea how this happened, or how it makes any sense.
