As a pharmacist, I agree. We rely on that agency for everything. We trust them and we have to trust them to keep our products safe and effective. We can't trust Big Pharma. We need that third-party regulator. We tell our patients and customers what they're getting is safe and effective because that's what FDA says. We put our reputations and licenses on the line based on the information they provide.
This isn't something that'll be fixed with an apology. "Oops, muh bad." isn't going to cut it for those of us who have advised and encouraged thousands of people to use these products based on the data they supplied us. We weighed risk and benefit based on those data. We told patients they would benefit because that's what their data showed.

Some people are in a tough position. They were lied to, and the information they needed was kept from them. And I would not be surprised if Google, knowing their professions, directed them away from the truth. We know they are guilty of doing that anyway, and that they do extensive tracking of people's lives - how many of them are on Linked-In?
But when these same people are willing to take away people's free choice and medical freedoms, they've made a declaration that truth doesn't matter (they aren't questioning anything they are being told or seeing in practice), the science doesn't matter (science only works when it's fully exposed, peer reviewed, and backed up by non partisan research), personal freedom doesn't matter, and the Constitution doesn't matter. Ultimately, they'll claim (correctly) that the data are inconclusive. They're insufficient to show causation. That's correct. They are. So is VAERS. But neither system is designed to be. They're sentinel systems. They collect data and then, the people watching are supposed to investigate further when a signal is detected.
Pfizer's still culpable for not redoing their safety analyses. There was a question about safety, they were obliged to do a proper study that was sufficiently designed in order to get usable safety numbers. I'd go farther than that, personally. They were obliged to design that sentinel system to be transparent and usable in the first place. They damn sure didn't.
Keep in mind, all of this was still done prior to approval of Comirnaty. All of this was under EUA, all as part of a phase 3 clinical trial. Pfizer was legally obliged to report that data in full to FDA. And FDA was obliged to investigate further. FDA did a half-assed job of it, and they set it up in such a way as to allow themselves to conclude these adverse effects were rare. That's what they did with J&J's vax and TTS. I don’t think it’s necessarily limited to self-reported adverse events but, regardless, Pfizer was clearly aware of the magnitude and seriousness of adverse events for over an ENTIRE YEAR while it continued to push the vax with full support by government mandates while failing to disclose this devastating information. (Amazingly, all these adverse events are admittedly only from the date of authorization which was probably some time around November or December 2020 through February 2021–that means all these adverse events occurred in only 3 or 4 month time frame!)

Re: doctors. Some of them are. The vast majority aren't. They're simply following the data we were given. We have a system that works on trust. We trust the people who are providing the data from these studies to provide accurate data. We trust the peer review system. We trust the medical journals not to put their reputations on the line without being certain. We trust the FDA not to put its reputation on the line when it's not certain. We have to do that for the system to function.
The work flow for a primary care physician is such that he may need to see 35-40 patients a day, 15 minutes for each appointment. That's to stay in business. 15 minutes to see the patient, diagnose, recommend treatment, and document everything, then on to the next, otherwise reimbursement doesn't cover your operating costs.
You don't have time to spend chasing every datum in every study on every new drug that comes out. We have people whose job it is to do this full time. And the same goes for that corner drug store pharmacist who's job it is to fill 300-400+ prescriptions a day in order to keep his business running. He makes time to keep current on new drugs, but he has to trust that the data he's getting from the authorities is accurate.

Given that so much of that occurs on the vascular endothelium, the inner-most cells lining your arteries and veins, it's logic that there's at least a possibility that something's happening that's making blood clots more likely.

What we do know is that microclots have been observed in people with active SARS-COV2 infection and in people who've been recently vaccinated. We know that people who are at little to no risk of clots are showing them.

Blaming J&J's product was a bit of a farce. I'll admit I missed it early. What about J&J's product was the problem? The adenovirus? We had extensive data showing it did not cause such things. The inactive components, the buffers, etc? Again, we knew they didn't cause such things. It had to be the S-protein product. But no one asked questions. Just slap the warning on the box and go forward. So they did.
No one investigated because it's the same S-protein in all of the other products. The difference is just the delivery system. Honestly, we should've flagged it within the first 1-2 months when Astra Zeneca's adenovirus-based vaccine was causing clots all over Europe. FDA rejected their NDA here in the US over it, so they knew something was wrong. They just had no interest in learning "what something".
The problem is that this may not be the full story.
Some lots are worse than others. In fact only a small number of them, 1-2% of both Pfizer and Moderna account for >95% of all AE reports to VAERS. Most of those vaccines were fine and probably reflected the data we were getting from the companies, but 1-2% of the lots were ferocious. CDC collected the data. No one did the most basic analysis. It was FDA's job. Literally, FDA is required by law to inspect and certify those lots, and to monitor their side effects. It's very common for them to recall lots of various drugs because of contaminants. But they missed these. Or were they not looking? Some guy in Britain was looking. But the FDA wasn't? Something not on the ingredient list was going on and no one checked.

As for the argument about rare, look up some of those diseases. They are super rare. And we have, ostensibly, data from the entire population of the US here. Reports from ~200 million people. You're going to pick up all of those super-rare things. Remember, that the surveillance system requires ALL adverse effects to be reported, any new disease diagnosis. The kind of list you see here is quite typical of a large study, because in any large population, someone's going to have it.
The frequencies gets sorted out statistically afterwards. Again, these data weren't collected in a way that we could statistically calculate frequencies. In a proper trial, the researcher goes back through those long ass lists and asks whether the report was the result of background rates of these things or the result of the intervention they're testing. There's a lot of statistics involved, and frankly my eyes glaze over just thinking about it, so I'm not going to try and explain the statistical weed-out process - only that it is done. We reduce that list to a much smaller list of actual adverse effects of the intervention. That's what gets reported in the journal article and what gets put on the long form version of the FDA label.
This 9-page list is honestly, mostly meaningless, as much as people are making of it. I'm happy to watch Pfizer squirm over it, but this isn't the smoking gun we're looking for.

To OffGridGuy: You are right. I stand corrected. This report contains a Cumulative Analysis of Post-authorization Adverse Event Reports through February 2021. I don’t think it’s necessarily limited to self-reported adverse events but, regardless, Pfizer was clearly aware of the magnitude and seriousness of adverse events for over an ENTIRE YEAR while it continued to push the vax with full support by government mandates while failing to disclose this devastating information. (Amazingly, all these adverse events are admittedly only from the date of authorization which was probably some time around November or December 2020 through February 2021–that means all these adverse events occurred in only 3 or 4 month time frame!)

Re: doctors. Some of them are. The vast majority aren't. They're simply following the data we were given. We have a system that works on trust. We trust the people who are providing the data from these studies to provide accurate data. We trust the peer review system. We trust the medical journals not to put their reputations on the line without being certain. We trust the FDA not to put its reputation on the line when it's not certain. We have to do that for the system to function.
The work flow for a primary care physician is such that he may need to see 35-40 patients a day, 15 minutes for each appointment. That's to stay in business. 15 minutes to see the patient, diagnose, recommend treatment, and document everything, then on to the next, otherwise reimbursement doesn't cover your operating costs.
You don't have time to spend chasing every datum in every study on every new drug that comes out. We have people whose job it is to do this full time. And the same goes for that corner drug store pharmacist who's job it is to fill 300-400+ prescriptions a day in order to keep his business running. He makes time to keep current on new drugs, but he has to trust that the data he's getting from the authorities is accurate.

I respect you but I do not share your point of view. Doctors stood by and watched authorities lie to us about HCQ causing heart attacks and that Ivermectin is a horse de-wormer so that the vaccines could receive EUA. The vax manufacturers made billions of dollars off the vax and paid many physicians off handsomely to prescribe their pills and tout the vax narrative to the trusting sheeple.
I'm sorry, I don't buy the "I'm a busy doctor, I didn't have time to find out the truth about COVID, the "vaccinations", HCQ and Ivermectin". Nor do I buy the "I was just following orders" crap either. The simple fact is that doctors took money from Big Pharma to support their lies and wickedness and they should be brought to justice just like everyone else that committed crimes against humanity.

I THINK someone has started having some issues. Randomly yesterday they were feeling run down, big headache that didn't go away and just overall feeling shitty. They took one of those rapid tests and it came back negative.
I've been preparing for this, just in case it IS real and the shots ARE as dangerous as they seem, but I don't know if I'm emotionally prepared to say good bye to some of these people.
I suspect it's going to be a mixed bag. I think they have figured out how to create receptors for the viruses they had planned to release. That way they could blame it on the next plan-demic. What about J&J & Moderna? Are they releasing ingredients? Are the ingredients the same? I’m not understanding why one company is releasing ingredients and the other companies aren’t.
I think Moderna is the worst of a bad lot. J&J tried to avoid the mRNA vaccines, but that was quickly shutdown due to blood clot issues. I think they all had blood clot issues, but blaming it on J&J was convenient.

I've got a theory that the blood clots are the result of the S-protein's action itself when it binds the ACE2 receptor. We haven't fully characterized that interaction. Given that so much of that occurs on the vascular endothelium, the inner-most cells lining your arteries and veins, it's logic that there's at least a possibility that something's happening that's making blood clots more likely.
What exactly? I don't know. I've heard thoughts that inflammation is part of the story, a bit like how atherosclerosis works. But we don't know.
What we do know is that microclots have been observed in people with active SARS-COV2 infection and in people who've been recently vaccinated. We know that people who are at little to no risk of clots are showing them.
It warranted more investigation than it got.
Blaming J&J's product was a bit of a farce. I'll admit I missed it early. What about J&J's product was the problem? The adenovirus? We had extensive data showing it did not cause such things. The inactive components, the buffers, etc? Again, we knew they didn't cause such things. It had to be the S-protein product. But no one asked questions. Just slap the warning on the box and go forward. So they did.
No one investigated because it's the same S-protein in all of the other products. The difference is just the delivery system. Honestly, we should've flagged it within the first 1-2 months when Astra Zeneca's adenovirus-based vaccine was causing clots all over Europe. FDA rejected their NDA here in the US over it, so they knew something was wrong. They just had no interest in learning "what something".
The problem is that this may not be the full story.
Some lots are worse than others. In fact only a small number of them, 1-2% of both Pfizer and Moderna account for >95% of all AE reports to VAERS. Most of those vaccines were fine and probably reflected the data we were getting from the companies, but 1-2% of the lots were ferocious. CDC collected the data. No one did the most basic analysis. It was FDA's job. Literally, FDA is required by law to inspect and certify those lots, and to monitor their side effects. It's very common for them to recall lots of various drugs because of contaminants. But they missed these. Or were they not looking? Some guy in Britain was looking. But the FDA wasn't? Something not on the ingredient list was going on and no one checked.

But if I understand what you are saying, the SARS-COV2 is probably the underlying cause of the clots, and something in the vaccine (the S-protein) triggers an immune response that initiates extensive clot formation.
I still wonder if the deadly lots were sprinkled out to cause fear and increase the rate of vaccination (blame it on covid) , if they were "experimental" in the sense that different lots had a slightly different cocktail to find the most deadly, or if they were simply intended to start the depopulation process. I don't believe they were accidental. Yes, the possibility exists, but if the virus was not accidental (and there's plenty of evidence to support that it wasn't in spite of the government and MSM efforts to hide the information), then nothing about the vaccines are accidental either.

No. And you won't get them. The data weren't collected in a way that you could determine AE frequency from them. No responsible scientist would attempt to take these data and generate such a list.
As for the argument about rare, look up some of those diseases. They are super rare. And we have, ostensibly, data from the entire population of the US here. Reports from ~200 million people. You're going to pick up all of those super-rare things. Remember, that the surveillance system requires ALL adverse effects to be reported, any new disease diagnosis. The kind of list you see here is quite typical of a large study, because in any large population, someone's going to have it.
The frequencies gets sorted out statistically afterwards. Again, these data weren't collected in a way that we could statistically calculate frequencies. In a proper trial, the researcher goes back through those long ass lists and asks whether the report was the result of background rates of these things or the result of the intervention they're testing. There's a lot of statistics involved, and frankly my eyes glaze over just thinking about it, so I'm not going to try and explain the statistical weed-out process - only that it is done. We reduce that list to a much smaller list of actual adverse effects of the intervention. That's what gets reported in the journal article and what gets put on the long form version of the FDA label.
This 9-page list is honestly, mostly meaningless, as much as people are making of it. I'm happy to watch Pfizer squirm over it, but this isn't the smoking gun we're looking for.

Because that, to me, sounds like a horribly run trial. The entire point of the trials should be to pick up on any and all health outcomes and then compare to the baseline, so if we have no frequency data, what good does that do us?
