Commenter on that video suggested it was from 2015. That should be checked.

Agreed, but the commenter is a shell account that has been active since 2012 w/no uploads. Everyone else seems to believe it is current. Still suspect, but leaning towards current until proven otherwise.

In it you can see her referencing her trip to ukraine is 2014-2015 the clip is likely from then and she seems to be making the point that "they've done it before they're probably doing it again."
