Does Canada have a process for denying medical advice? Like signing a waiver and being released to another doctor’s care?
You’d have to find someone that would be willing to treat him privately like the FLCCC in the US/would need home nursing care if he’s in that bad of shape. Also would need whoever his healthcare power of attorney is to agree to said measures if you do not have any legal powers related to this man’s life.

If this is the case, prayers are the only chance the poor man has. My neighbor died in the identically same manner. He had been a snowbird and it happened while he was visiting up north.
