It looks like this meeting might have been the moment that Putin took the measure of Obama (or as I call him, PeeBo) and found that he was and is a lightweight, and NOT to be taken seriously. If Putin saw an effeminate or effete dandy was the president of the US, and considering what PeeBo was doing elsewhere in the world, he may have set his course of future actions on that impression. Just sayin'..
