He mentions the CIA training Ukrainians, that they were told would be prepared for Poland, and as he thinks, most likely not, now. Probably trained to fight Russia. But it makes me wonder, who got the weapons Trump sent to Ukraine back in the day? Of course our military requested such, I assume, what they need, and Trump did so accordingly. But did they go to the Ukraine army, or the rebellion groups? Makes me wonder.
