I've been busier than I should be lately, but all this "Z" talk has me REALLY wanting to rewatch the 1969 film called .. "Z".

Synopsis:

"A prominent politician is murdered during a demonstration. The government and army are trying to suppress the truth. But, a tenacious magistrate is determined to not to let them get away with it."

It's been decades since I've seen it but my memories of it hold it as an absolute masterpiece of political intrigue. Truly a one of a kind film - highly recommend it for anyone with digging time.

Edit: Since I'm here, I'll also mention the 1979 film "Q: The Winged Serpent". Saw that one as a child (irresponsible!) only the foggiest memories. I suspect there's some content to tickle the more Sci-Fi inclined autists out there... But Z is the priority rewatch.
